Luminous stones are simple to use in an indoor environment with a light source. However, there still have a small part of customer may meet obstacles when they use glow stones in their garden or walkway. For the questions and problems some customer may meet, we offer some reply and solution way as below for your reference. 1. Why I set glow rocks in my garden, with plenty of sun light during the whole day, and they don't glow at all. Reply: charge with sun light, rocks glow around 2-3 hours. If the power source only from sun, light to dusk to dark is such a time lapse that possible not going to see the full glow potential. Even may can’t see the rocks glowing in late night. but when you check earlier, you still can find very beautiful sight at dusk or early night. 2. They have been out in the sun for 3 days in full sun and there is no glow. Why? Reply: In fact, the energy that luminescent stones can hold is limited. The upper limit of the energy absorbed by the light source is 15-20 minutes, so there is almost no difference between absorbing energy for a whole day or only absorbing 15-20 minutes. Glow stones is keep releasing energy while absorbing the energy from the light source, so if you take the luminous stone into a bright room from the sun, you will also see the stone is glowing. This means that the intensity of the luminous of the stones you see only depends on the intensity of the strongest light source in the last two to three hours. So if the sun have fall down at 7pm, and you check rocks at 9pm, you may find it glow dimming. And if you check it at 10pm, you may can’t find glow. It means the best scene for glow stones usually at dusk, not night. 3. Any advice to buyers? Reply: In order to know if the glow stones can work as you wish in specific place, before spread out stones, pls do intitial test first in the place your want set rocks.
