Maintenance: Make sure to keep the center cartridge with the bearings clean of debris. Disassemble the wheel monthly to thoroughly clean the hardware. Do not submerge the wheel in water or soak the bearings. The bearings will wear over time with use. Bearings need to be replaced every 4-6 months depending on usage. Replacement bearings are available for purchase through the manufacturer's website. Returns: This product includes a 90-day limited warranty which covers any defects in material or workmanship, or defects that occur during normal use of the wheel. (See warranty description) This product does not have free returns. Customer is responsible for return costs. If wheel is not packaged properly & gets damaged in transit, cost of replacement parts will be deducted from the refund. Keep tracking information of package to verify proof of return.
