An exceptionally rare first edition legal volume printed in 1696, reporting notable cases adjudged during the reign of King Charles II. This work was printed from the original manuscript written in the author's own hand and includes two tables—one of principal matters and one of case names—adding to its scholarly and historical significance.

Considering its age of approximately 330 years, the book remains in fair condition. It has been rebound at some point in its history, and there is tape reinforcement visible on at least one interior area, consistent with preservation efforts made over time.

This volume originates from the private library of an Ohio attorney, who passed away in 1977, and it has remained in storage since that time.
