The ICD is a 35mm or 40mm diameter autoclavable and reusable culture dish made of a stainless steel ring into which a 30mm Desag 263, glass #1.5 coverslip is placed and retained by a leak-proof, silicone o-ring seal integrated into a 10m high polycarbonate threaded insert and includes 2 O-rings and 50, 30mm coverslips.
- Separate cover glass enables the user to pretreat or condition the coverslip if necessary
