This is a 1930's~ French butcher smock.
I purchased it as deadstock, but there is overall soiling.
However, the fabric is woven in a way that the dirt is not very noticeable, considering its original use. I don't think it's very noticeable.
I have only tried it on since I bought it, and I haven't washed it, so the fabric is still crisp.
