This is a vintage open collar board shirt from Pendleton, made in the USA around the 1970s.
70s Pendleton Board Shirt

☆ Condition
The wool doesn't seem to have shrunk much, and the condition is quite good for a shirt from this era.
There is a tear under the button in image 5, but otherwise, there are no moth holes or tears. I personally think it's in good condition.
I inspect the items as carefully as possible, but please understand that these are vintage items, so please purchase them without claiming any defects.
