TECHSPEC's Precision Spherical Ultraviolet (UV) Mirrors boast Enhanced Deep UV (DUV) or Vacuum UV (VUV) enhanced metallic coatings on high-precision concave laser mirror substrates. The VUV coating peaks at 120nm, while the Enhanced DUV coating peaks at 190nm, both offering reflectivity akin to standard enhanced aluminum coatings outside UV wavelengths. These coatings are vacuum-compatible to 10^-7 Torr and deposited on fused silica substrates, ensuring excellent temperature resistance.
