The VUV coating peaks at 120nm, while the Enhanced DUV coating peaks at 190nm, both offering reflectivity akin to standard enhanced aluminum coatings outside UV wavelengths. These coatings are vacuum-compatible down to 10-7 Torr and are deposited on fused silica substrates, ensuring excellent temperature resistance.
