3M Novec 2704 Electronic Grade Coating is a transparent, low-viscosity solution containing 4 wt% fluoropolymer in a hydrofluoroether solvent. It's UV traceable and designed for moisture and corrosion protection of printed circuit boards and electronic components. The coating has low viscosity and surface tension, carrying a 4 wt% fluorochemical acrylic polymer. It forms a thin, transparent film with excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, repelling oils, water, silicones, and photoresist solutions. It's easy to apply (dip, spray, or syringe), air-dries quickly, requires minimal masking, and is removable and repairable.
