There is a "pigskin" marking, but in old America, it was common to refer to peccary as pig. These gloves are clearly peccary due to the powerful grain, elasticity, and, above all, the three-piece pattern.

They are thick, sturdy, and plump, made of superb peccary leather. The color is a slightly orange-tinged, not-too-dark camel brown. It's a beautiful color for American vintage peccary gloves.
