COSMO denim pants from the 1960s-70s.
These are early domestic jeans, using fabric and zippers imported from America.
Selvedge denim, rarely seen, is used on the back of the coin pocket.
The dark dye and firm denim suggest that they will fade nicely.
*The waist width is 40cm, but the rise is shallow, so the hip area is quite tight. I have a waist of 80cm and couldn't zip them up. They seem to be for people with a waist of about 72cm, as indicated.
