The manganese content is lower than 1095 steel, making it ideal for differential hardening and perfect for making Japanese-style Tanto knives or Viking Hex knives with distinctive Harmon lines.
- Damascus underlay and forging compatibility, in combination with 15N20 steel, allows the production of damascus blanks with more than 200 layers. Thinner profiles can be effectively stacked with inlaid damascus without compromising the stability of the billet.
- 4 Layers of Rust Proof Packaging: rust proof oil, rust proof paper, bubble wrap and cardboard box to prevent rust or damage.
