This is a Russell sweatshirt, a next-vintage item seeing a price surge in vintage clothing stores.

I own several Russell sweatshirts, but this one is in mint condition, with the incredibly soft fleece lining still intact – I've never seen one like it.
The ribbing on the hem and sleeves is also still tight.
