The vest's pockets do not expand like a saddlebag or backpack vest; but they are wide enough to fit a checkbook size wallet, sunglasses, keys, pill bottles, and identification papers.This cape vest for dogs features 2 adjustable girth straps to keep it in place, and 2 heavy duty D-rings on the top that are stitched completely through the vest, so you can use a handle. The D-rings can also be used for attaching a leash or ID tags. Each side of the cape vest has a pocket with a heavy duty zipper, and each pocket has a strip of reflective web for night safety.
