The NXV6 DAQ-0816, built on an industrial-grade M7 CPU and AD7606 ADC, is designed to provide a precise, fast, and easy-to-use analog acquisition and digital control platform for measurement and control. The MCU is responsible for acquiring and packaging data, uploading it to a host computer via a network or serial port. The data can then be captured and analyzed in waveform display software or other software such as LabVIEW/MATLAB. The MCU also utilizes its built-in DSP to perform various mathematical operations and output the results. This product supports secondary development.

  • The DAQ-0816 can acquire data through three methods: a) Ethernet acquisition: Fast 100Mbps speed, capable of acquiring all 8 channels of data at a maximum rate of 200ksps. b) Type-C serial acquisition: Simple connection, plug-and-play with Windows/Linux system drivers, but with lower serial speed, not supporting full-channel high-speed acquisition. c) SD/TF card: Can be used in hard-to-wire situations, requiring a high-speed SD/TF card.
  • The DAQ-0816 can output control data through the following methods: a) 232 interface: A 3-wire RS-232 interface that can be programmed to output control logic. b) 485 interface: A 2-wire RS-485 interface that can be programmed to output control logic, with a maximum connection speed of 10Mbps. c) I2C interface: A hardware I2C interface with power can read external sensors and output complex logic. d) Ethernet and Type-C interfaces: Can be reused as control logic output ports. e) PWM buzzer: Can be programmed to output an alarm sound.
  • The DAQ-0816 can be configured for data acquisition through the following methods: a) Ethernet: Interaction and configuration via UDP/8888 port. b) Type-C serial: Interaction and configuration via the default baud rate of 115200. c) Command specification: setad -a [ipv4/ipv6 address] -p [1025~65535 port] -f [acquisition frequency 1~200000] -c [acquisition port 0x0~0xff] -g [5 or 10, port voltage level] -o [1,2,4,8,16,32,64 oversampling data points] -r [reset] -s [start] -S [stop]
