This is a vintage Adidas track jacket, commonly known as the "Skeleton" jacket.
The Adidas tag has been removed by the previous owner, but it's a model made in West Germany around the 1970s. A name tag is sewn on, and the location "Switzerland" is written on it, so it was likely used at a school or workplace in that region.
The track jacket is made of a comfortable blend of polyester and wool. As shown in the images, the worn areas have been carefully repaired. There is a stain on the right cuff, but the fabric overall retains its color well, and it's in good condition for its age.
This is the same model worn by Daiki Tsuneta of King Gnu.
