The Seneca Woodworking Domi-Shim is an aluminum shim crafted to fit the Festool Domino XL DF 700's fence, enabling centering on narrower stock than before. It allows the Domino XL fence to adjust right up to the cutter's centerline, making it possible to center on material thinner than the Domino XL fence's previous lower limit. This shim offers three methods of use with the Domino XL.
- Adjust Fence Individually: Use a rule or setup block to set the proper offset for various material thicknesses, supporting both imperial and metric systems
- Use with Domino XL Fence Offset Gauge: Set to '15mm' for centering a mortise on 1/2" nominal plywood
