This vintage examples sits 7 inches tall with an upper rim diameter of 10-1/4” while the base diameter measures 6-1/8 inches.
The current Always Azul Pottery offers no like examples. Additionally, an internet search produces no such matches.
Condition is excellent for its age (early 1980’s). On the upper rim are glaze misses which do not represent damage as the edges are smooth as they taper to the rim. “Pock marks” on the nose are creation-inherent and do NOT represent damage (image 3). Blue glaze on interior fully intact. Hand-inscribed information on underside of planter / pot. Errant incision mark at 4-o’clock position represent neither crack nor damage/compromise (image 10).
