AMS 355.12 Signature Split SCS with Auger Tip, 2" x 6"

Use the AMS Split Soil Core Samplers to easily extract relatively undisturbed soil core samples. The split soil core sampler has a vertically split cylinder. You can use the split soil core sampler without a liner to collect relatively undisturbed soil cores for immediate field examination and testing. Or, it can be used with a liner for collection of relatively undisturbed, sealed soil core samples that are suitable for EPA Level III or Level IV soil analysis. Split soil core samplers include: Split soil core sampler cup set, split soil core sampler cap, plastic liner, 2 plastic end caps and universal slip wrench. Each set can be bought with a core tip, an auger tip, or both. The split soil core sampler OD's are 1/2" larger than the liner size. AMS Signature Series core samplers feature a heavier thread than the standard 5/8" NC thread AMS augers. The signature series thread is more robust and will connect with only 2-1/2 turns. Please make sure any AMS samplers you intend to use together share a common connection type.
