The 305-5068 angle 16" screw conveyor trough, measuring 12ft in length, is reinforced with structural steel angles along its top edge, ensuring robust strength and rigidity. For precise installation, NU-Weld end flanges are continuously jig-welded at both ends. Typically crafted from hot-rolled steel, these troughs can also be made from stainless steel or other materials based on specific application needs, including hot-dipped galvanized steel. Custom modifications like a perforated bottom, drop bottom for easy access, jacketing for temperature control, and more are available. These troughs usually come with a tite-seal cover, but other cover types are also offered. We provide trough saddles and various screw conveyor parts.
