- The Opera series fillet knife has a long, thin blade, with a smooth edge. It fillets both meat and fish with clean slices. With tongue-and-groove stainless steel rivets that are highly resistant to corrosion, it has an elegant and classic design. Due to their one-piece stainless steel forging furniture and their special silk edge, they are knives in great demand by kitchen professionals.
- Precision and durability: Made using a patented technique by ARCOS called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool. Lastly, this knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
- Ergonomic and safe design: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
