Regarding the product, I have no knowledge beyond it being "new and unused." I bought it, brought it home, and after discussing it with my family, decided to sell it immediately. I only took it out of the box briefly to take the photos.

The phone itself has not been removed from its packaging. The photos show the exact condition: I took the phone out to photograph it, then put it back in the box for storage.
