- Two mounting options in one kit for most saw configurations: Mount to the front door via supplied bracket, or to the upper housing if the door does not allow bracket mount. Requires drilling 2 holes. Hardware for both methods included.
- 6061 aluminum extrusion frame with PPG OSHA Safety Orange powder coat: Resists corrosion and warping under coolant, chips, and daily production wear. 1/4 inch Lexan shield provides impact-resistant, distortion-free visibility.
- Lexan shield adjusts to any height and locks without drifting during cuts: 6 by 7 inch Lexan on 30mm T-slot extrusion. Adjusts in, out, up, and down. Steel arm locks position over the blade. Replacement shields in 5, 7, 10, and 12 inch heights.
- Backed by a 1-year warranty, and only the Lexan shield ever needs replacing: The 6061 aluminum frame is a one-time installation. Replacement Lexan shields stocked and sold separately. For floor-standing saws 14 inches and under, see VB-ES0.
