Based on the original Dryer Buddy Plus AUTO, it enables sharing a common 15-amp, 120-volt wall outlet with another appliance without manual switching. Operation is simple: the primary outlet is always live, while the switched outlet activates when there's enough amperage for the second appliance. If the primary appliance turns on, the switched outlet turns off, and power is restored once the primary appliance is done. Designed for easy use by anyone, it's perfect for a simple hookup without installing a new circuit. The NEMA 5-15 outlets are side-mounted for a low profile but can be front-mounted upon request. This unit comes with a 5' 5-15 cable and two 5-15 outlets.
