With 1100 cubic inches of space, this pannier measures 13-inches long, 8-inches wide and 11.5-inches high for 18 liters of volume. This canvas pannier features heavy-duty HDPE panels and a steel folding frame that stands up to heavy loads. It folds flat when not in use and features steel hooks and an adjustable quick-connect lower hook to attach to most rear racks. This pannier is not intended for use on front racks.
