Barbour KELSALL Wax Jacket, Made in England, Aging

This is a KELSALL WAX PARKA by Barbour in black. It's a women's model, but I'm listing it in the men's category because of its masculine design. In fact, my husband and I have been sharing it.

The oil has come out overall, and it has a light fade, wrinkles, and fabric quirks, making it a very atmospheric piece. This is a "well-worn Barbour," a piece for those who enjoy the faded look.

・The faux fur trim on the hood is removable.
・The check pattern on the inside is a more subdued color than in the images.
・Oil has come out overall.
・There is light fading overall.
・There are a few small tears.
・There are a few broken threads in the inner quilting.
・Other than that, there are wrinkles and wear-related quirks.
・The zippers and hardware are in good condition.
※There are no damages that affect wear, but it is not suitable for those who are sensitive to condition or who are looking for something like new.

It has a sophisticated aging that current products can't replicate. Because the oil has come out, it's light and easy to wear, and it's a model that's not too rugged and is easy to wear as a casual city outfit. Those "in the know" will immediately recognize its appeal. I would be happy to pass it on to someone who appreciates the damage and aging as "cool" and "character."
