This is a real mouton coat I purchased at Barneys in Ginza several years ago.
I haven't worn it much, but there's a slightly white area on the sleeves, though it's not very noticeable.
I believe I bought it for close to 200,000 yen, so it's well-made, and the sleeves are lined with fur as well.
