BARNS Heavyweight Long Sleeve Waffle Thermal T-shirt

The material is 100% cotton thermal (waffle) fabric.
It has a bumpy texture like waffles, and is a heat-retaining fabric that accumulates body heat.
It is especially rich in horizontal elasticity, allowing for a slim, body-hugging fit.

The fabric has been dyed and processed with an original method, expressing a unique texture with a vintage feel, such as a worn-in, faded look, and a sense of color fading.

This product is sewn with a Union Special (union special 1460-B four-needle sewing machine), which is no longer in production.
This machine, which was very popular in America in the 1960s, became a bottleneck in terms of production efficiency.
The number of these machines has drastically decreased even in its home country, and in Japan, only a few remain.
This sewing method gives the garment a finish that evokes the dry scent of old America.

The armholes and sleeves are sewn with a flat seamer.
The flat seamer eliminates the bulk of the seam allowance on the back of the fabric when stitching,
resulting in a flat surface with less stress against the skin, enhancing comfort.
