This Blancpain X Swatch timepiece is an homage to the Fifty Fathoms, Blancpain's first authentic diver's watch. The black case and crown are made of Bioceramic material, and the word "Swatch" is engraved on the left side of the case. The dial is sunray black, with a date indicator between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions. The hour markers, hour and minute hands, and bezel markings use Grade A Super-LumiNova® for excellent visibility in the dark. This watch features a black Bioceramic unidirectional rotating bezel and bio-sourced glass. The SISTEM51 mechanical movement is visible thanks to the transparent sapphire glass, which features a digital print of the vast plain on the moon's surface called "Ocean of Storms" and an illustration of a sea slug species, Okenia Luna. The back of the watch is inscribed with inspiring words: PASSION FOR DIVING – LICENCE TO EXPLORE – OCEAN BREATH – PROTECT WHAT YOU LOVE – IMMERSE YOURSELF. The NATO strap is made from recycled fishing nets, and the pin buckle and loops are made of Bioceramic material.
