Updates old wheels to new rules for bolt on covers. 1-3/8" mount distance. One piece steel tab, rather than an insert, for added strength. Nylon washer under bolt head to protect cover. Nylon washer on the back side to hold the bolt in. Bolt has a bullet nose for quick start. Bolt has 7/16” head for socket clearance. Sold as a set of 3. Availible in 5/16" bolt as well (part # 910-07139).
