Also conventional cheaper adaptors also tend to leak gas every time you connect and disconnect them from your regulator or the adaptor itself. This is also a pain. The seals go in the correct location. So when the filling adaptor arrives to you please make sure to use the correct seal on the correct side. 2. Please make sure to put the cylinder on the correct side. The cylinder thread can actually fit both sides of this adaptor, but the CO2 cylinder only fits into the ROUND SIDE. As a result, you MUST put the cylinder into the HEXAGONAL SIDE. (as shown in image below)ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS: It's difficult to fill a cylinder that already contains gas. So wait until you empty the Cylinder before attempting to refill it. It is important to refill the bottle only when completely empty.
