This is a luxurious Sylvanian Families set.
It's a bulk sale including many small items, such as the "Restaurant" and "Let's Play with the Balloon" sets.

Some extras are also included.
The blue outfit in the bottom left photo is a "raincoat" for baby dolls, which was a "rainy day limited" item from Sylvanian Park. Also included is a "Christmas hat" for baby dolls.

All items in the photos are included. Please note that some items are missing. The items themselves were used with care, so they are relatively clean.

The following items are missing from the [Restaurant] set:
- 1 small red awning tent to attach above the window
- Chef's uniform and chef's hat
- Cake plate
- 1 knife

The following items are missing from the [Let's Play on the Balloon Hill] set:
- 8 apples to decorate on the tree
