The Eaz-Lift Elite-S 1,000 lb. Kit is a weight distribution hitch with a 1,200 lb. maximum tongue weight rating. It has a chain-free design with permanent, built-in sway control. The sway control uses two points of steel-on-steel bracket friction to stop and correct trailer sway. This hitch is even faster and easier to install than other weight distribution hitch models. It installs on both top-mount and bottom-mount coupler-style trailers. The hookup brackets provide installation flexibility—letting you install the hitch around battery boxes, gas tanks, etc. that may obstruct other weight distribution hitch models. Unlike other hitches, the Elite-S uniquely features an adjustment washer (instead of a thumbscrew) to modify the ball mount angle for adjusting spring bar pre-load. Includes a 2-5/16-inch hitch ball with a 12,000 lb. maximum rating. Maximum gross trailer weight rating: 12,000 lb.
