This is a Carhartt 100th anniversary jacket.
It was a limited edition produced to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the brand's founding in 1889. The words "1889-1989 100 YEARS" are engraved on all the buttons.
The label printing is almost gone, but it says size 42. This is roughly a small L size in Japanese sizes.

All items are measured flat. There may be slight discrepancies between the actual size and the size listed.
I had it dry cleaned once after purchasing it used.
