This is a collaboration model between G-SHOCK and the globally popular animation "Evangelion."
To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the TV series broadcast, Mr. Ikuto Yamashita, who is in charge of mechanical design for the Evangelion series, was asked to design this model.
The G-SHOCK as a whole depicts the Evangelion Unit-01, with the horns of Unit-01 on the 12 o'clock side band, the face of Unit-01 on the bezel, and the left arm about to throw the Lance of Longinus from the bottom of the bezel to the 6 o'clock side band.
The motif of an Angel is used for the dial hand at the 9 o'clock position, and the Y-shaped parts that divide the dial are designed with the CAUTION pattern that is impressive in the series.
The world of Evangelion is expressed in detail, such as "NEON GENESIS" on the loop ring, the NERV logo on the band tip, and the 30th-anniversary logo on the back cover.
It is finished to special specifications with a special package.
