Vintage, possibly late 80’s in excellent condition for age. It is a generous size 8. I believe at one time it had shoulder pads because of the way it fits. I had hoped to be able to wear it but I am giving up losing weight at size 10-12. I give discounts for bundles and sometimes just because I need more closet space!
