The Cisco 561 Wireless Headset comes with a multibase station giving you all the bells and whistles to do your job. Easily answer phone calls with on-ear controls on the headset such as answer, end call, hold/resume (for multiple calls), mute, volume up, and volume down. The Cisco 561 Headset can easily answer calls from any source by simply pressing a button. The Multibase station will select the source automatically with the incoming call. You can even connect Bluetooth devices to the base for easy connectivity to phones and mobile phones. The Cisco multibase station supports four paired devices and one active Bluetooth connection. The Multibase station comes equipped with two USB-A cables for USB connectivity and an RJ9/11 Y cable to connect your Cisco IP phones, making it cheaper and easier to order Cisco headsets to be used with Cisco products. USB-C cables can be ordered separately to use the headset with USB-C compatible devices.
