This is a PVC stand-collar coat from COMME des GARCONS SHIRT. I purchased it here but am selling it because the size didn't fit.
The PVC material has a leather-like texture, so you can wear it with confidence even on rainy days. It has a roomy fit, making it versatile enough to wear as an outer layer or over jackets. It's likely from the 90s. There are some areas where the paint has faded or has uneven coloring, but there are no peeling or stickiness, and it's still wearable.
