This is a Hasbro G.I. Joe Skystriker Combat Jet (XP-14F) action figure vehicle from 1983. Complete Set
It is a toy fighter jet based on the F-14 Tomcat aircraft.
The set typically includes the jet, a figure of the pilot "Ace", missiles, and decals.
The wings can swing forward and back, mimicking the real F-14's variable-sweep wing design.
