BEHR PRO's Concrete & Masonry Primer, an interior/exterior acrylic primer, seals above-grade concrete and masonry surfaces. It offers excellent adhesion and resistance to alkali and efflorescence. Apply in temperatures down to 35F, and it tolerates high pH levels (up to 13) for use on new concrete and masonry as early as seven days.
