【Shipping】
Shipping will be via regular mail (Teikeigai), but may be changed to Rakuraku Mercari or Yu-Yu Mercari (with tracking) depending on the situation.
In such cases, as it is an upgrade in shipping method, we will not contact you regarding the change.

The item will be placed in a plastic bag to protect it from water damage, and then packaged in an outer shipping bag before being shipped.

For large-sized stuffed animals, to fit within the size regulations for regular mail (Teikeigai), the item may be compressed (squeezed down) or folded for packaging. Therefore, some deformation or wrinkles may occur. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

Regular mail (Teikeigai) does not operate on weekends and holidays. If the shipment crosses a weekend or holiday, it may take longer for the item to arrive (even if we ship it quickly). Please understand this in advance.
If you need the item urgently, or are impatient, please refrain from purchasing from us and consider another seller.
