Vintage US RCA stereo pressing of David Bowie – The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.
This copy is the AYL1-3843 US RCA reissue, originally released in 1972 and later reissued under the AYL catalog number. The cardboard sleeve states “Previously released as AFL1-4702.” In the dead wax/runout, AFL1-4702 is crossed out and replaced with AYL1-3843, indicating the use of earlier metal parts—common for RCA reissues from the mid- to late-1970s/ early 1980s. This is an authentic vintage pressing, not a modern reissue.
