This is a baseball shirt from Cheap Trick's 1980-1981 World Tour, made in 1980.
The color is white and black. There is no size tag, but I have taken measurements for your reference.
Measurements: Shoulder width is not measurable due to the raglan sleeves, chest width 46cm, length 66cm, sleeve length (measured from underarm) 36cm.
The size feels like a Medium based on the measurements.
T-shirts from this era of band merchandise are common, but baseball shirts are rare.
