This is an original product from the shop, and while it doesn't have a brand or size tag, it's a Denim Heads original denim shirt. Denim Heads is the original brand of Mr. Naoki Kawamata, the owner of the vintage shop SMILeY in Mito, who is also the co-author of the book on 501XX and Levi's vintage denim jackets with Mr. Fujiwara of BerBerJin.
It's made with thick denim and features metal buttons and a detailed construction.
This item has a moderate feel of wear.
Personally, I find new denim shirts difficult to wear, but I think this one is easier to match due to the appropriate aging.
