The soap, a registered OTC drug, is safe for daily use by adults and children. We've kept the ingredients as natural as possible (see ingredients list below).ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: 5% Sulfur, 2% Salicylic Acid. INACTIVE INGREDIENTS:Sodium Palmate, Sodium Cocoate*, Sodium Palm Kernelate*, Water, Glycerin (from vegetable oil), Soyethyl Morpholinium Ethosulfate (soy-derived), Sodium Chloride (salt), pentasodium perdelate. *May contain this ingredient. DIRECTIONS: For best results use daily or as directed by your doctor in place of your regular soap. Work up a later using warm water and gently massage into affected areas. Leave in contact with skin for at least 30 seconds. Rinse well. For best results use at least twice a week. In case of accidental ingestion, contact a physician or poison control center immediately. Because some customers experience a drying of their skin when using this soap, start with one application and then gradually work-up to daily application. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. You may follow cleansing with the natural moisturizer or conditioner of your choosing.
