This house has a slide and ladder, expanding the range of play.
The sticker is attached to the slide.
The blue bird gimmick also works without any problems.

There are no noticeable paint chips, and the house itself is in relatively good condition.
The floor sheet has some staining due to age.
The outer box has some dirt and damage due to age.

All accessories are shown in the photos.

Shipping:
The house will be wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in the outer box, then put in a waterproof bag, and finally packed in a cardboard box for shipping.
