Dixon T7WWW BPE Weld Tees are manufactured according to the latest ASME BPE specification. These WxWxW Dixon Bio-Pharm Fittings are constructed of 316L Stainless Steel and finished with either a PL or PM finish. The PL finish is the equivalent of a SFT1 finish (20 ?in Ra MPID / 32 ?in Ra MPOD) and the PM finish is the equivalent of a SFT4 finish (15 ?in Ra EPID / 32 ?in Ra MPOD).High Purity Bio-Pharm fittings are commonly used in pharmaceutical, bioprocessing, semiconductor, cosmetics, food processing and beverage markets. Dixon's BPE Fitting dimensions meet all orbital welding specifications. Product markings include job number, material, part number, heat number(s), surface finish code, and ASME BPE stamp. Per the specification, the size of the fitting may limit the space available for markings. When that occurs, not all markings are included.Certified Material Test Reports (CMTRs) are included with each fitting inside a resealable bag. The CMTRs are traceable through the Job Number found on each fitting. All fittings are capped to prevent damage and maintain cleanliness. For easy identification each finish will have a different color cap. PL finish fittings have a blue caps and PM finished fittings have white caps.
