Control the pH or ORP levels of your process with an integrated controller and pump—saves you time, money, and space. These solenoid-driven, diaphragm metering pumps and controllers are encased with an IP65, acid-resistant plastic housing. Polypropylene pump heads have manual air bleed, PTFE diaphragm, and Viton wetted parts. Pump control systems accept level switches (order separately). backlit LCD display has resolution of 0.01 pH or 1 mV. Controllers are programmable for on/off or proportional control applications and have manual temperature compensation. Control can be fine-tuned by programmable hysteresis and delay functions. Frequency of injections is programmable between 0 to 100 percent of the maximum flow rate of the pump. Control systems accept electrodes with BNC connectors and no temperature compensation; order electrodes separately.
