Original equipment throttle bodies often fail due to moisture infiltration, worn sensor contacts, or excessive oil buildup. This upgraded Dorman OE FIX throttle body features a non-contact Hall effect sensor and a proprietary Sensor Shield shaft seal designed to better resist damaging moisture, oil, and other contaminants. It also features 100% new aluminum construction for better resistance to warping than the OE plastic throttle body. A specially designed mounting gasket is included for a complete repair. As with any throttle body replacement, we recommend performing an idle relearn with an appropriate scan tool. This part is compatible with the following vehicles.
