The G106 countersinks from Dormer have a 90 degree countersink angle which will chamfer holes to take standard fasteners with 90 degree heads to sit flush to the hole. The plain shank has three ground flats which significantly improve secure holding when used in chucks with three jaws. Made from premium High Speed steel, G106 countersinks can be used for chamfering holes in many materials including steels, aluminium and stainless steels, whilst the bright finish prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge, ensuring a clean and accurate finish. G106 90 degree countersinks are very versatile products and can be used in both machine and hand held applications.
